Electric Forest is just around the corner, and with the release of the full lineup, we could not be more excited to return to Rothbury, Michigan. This year’s headliners include Everything Always (Dom Dolla and John Summit), Pretty Lights, Subtronics, and Excision. It also features the debut of LSDREAM and CloZee‘s new project LSZEE, an “Overdrive” set from Charlotte De Witte, Big Gigantic and NGHTMRE‘s GIGANTIC NGHTMRE, and two The String Cheese Incident sets. Rounding out the lineup are Nelly Furtado, The Disco Biscuits, Ben Bøhmer, Knock2, Seven Lions, Ludacris, Black Tiger Sex Machine, John Summit, and Umphrey’s McGee.
These headliners are sure to draw huge crowds and put on phenomenal performances over the course of the weekend, but the lineup goes much deeper than that. There are some serious sets taking place earlier in the day that simply should not be missed. Not only will there be more room to dance, but you are sure to find one of your new favorite artists by getting into the fest early in discovery mode.
Levity will make their return to Electric Forest after playing one of the most memorable sets last year at the Honeycomb stage. DJ Susan is always a force to be reckoned with and will surely bring a roaring energy to the Forest. Sultan + Shepard of Lane 8‘s This Never Happened will bring their melodic and ethereal soundscapes to enchant the crowds as well. There is so much amazing music to behold at this year’s edition of Electric Forest ,and these are some artists you should absolutely keep on your radar.
Undercard Sets You Can’t Miss at Electric Forest 2024
INZO
INZO in the Forest will surely be a set to remember. Having just enjoyed a massive start to the year, he will have performed in over 40 cities across North America on his Visionquest Tour before hitting Electric Forest. The Chicago native produces beats across the entire spectrum of electronic dance music, but a lot of his releases feature a combination euphoric bass drops, fluttering synths, and deep wubs. He even ventures into midtempo sounds, which is sure to draw out the freaks. We don’t know exactly where INZO will perform as set times have yet to be released, but we can tell you that you do not want to miss his set.
it’s murph
Nashville’s own it’s murph has taken the electronic dance music world by storm this year. His upbeat and intoxicating house productions are certified dancefloor heaters, and we cannot wait to witness the murph energy in the Forest. it’s murph just announced he will be embarking on his first true US tour in July, bringing all-new tunes to cities across North America. If you were able to catch one of his sets at Coachella‘s Do Lab at or the group’s flagship festival, Lightning in a Bottle, you have already gotten taste of what’s to come. Don’t miss out on this memorable set — get into the fest early for it’s murph!
Le Youth
If you are in need of some serious, soulful rejuvenation, there is no better artist to see at Electric Forest than Le Youth. His melodic productions boast entrancing chords nestled between emotional drops and melodic builds. Not only that, but Le Youth performs with his whole heart by interacting with the crowd and, in most cases, coming out to dance with them! He truly has a deep connection with his fans, and I want to experience that energy. Having released his debut album last year on Lane 8’s This Never Happened and embarking on two tours of the same name, Le Youth has touched down in cities across North America, spreading love and joy to each city where he performs. Electric Forest will be no different!
ALLEYCVT
ALLEYCVT has had a huge year so far, performing at festivals like Ubbi Dubbi, Breakaway Festival, and Lost Lands. She also finished a huge tour in 2023 called Supersonic, and she will embark on another fall tour this year called FEEL IT, making stops all around North America starting in San Diego and ending in Tulsa, Oklahoma before playing two final, unannounced shows. ALLEYCVT’s bass productions are bursting at the seems with body-shaking frequencies alongside her contrasting, airy vocals layered atop. The combination of these two elements creates euphoric productions that will draw a crowd to wherever she plays in the Forest.
