After his high-octane performance at Rumble In The Summer, Infinity seeks to keep the energy flowing with his Paradigm Shift debut!
As the landscape of American Hard Dance consistently evolves, the number of talented artists who take on the mission of spreading these forbidden sounds also rises. The movement is growing strong, and the unique aspects of the bubbling genre continuously draw people in, creating fans who have turned into artists who seek to spread the emotions they once felt, just like Infinity.
The Los Angeles producer began as a fan initially, captivated by the gnarly growls of bass music. It wasn’t until 2016 that he stumbled upon hard dance music as he wandered into the Citrus stage at Project Z. He got his first taste of distorted kickdrums, and everything changed from that point on. After that fateful night at Project Z, he went home to create his first-ever hard dance track. “[The song] sucked so much but I thought it was the best thing ever. I haven’t looked back since,” he said.
Since 2016, Infinity has continuously tinkered with his sound, improving with every fiery release under his belt. Today, he’s known for a unique style that seamlessly combines rock music and melodic elements with nuclear drops that will obliterate any dancefloor.
Aside from his passion for music production, Infinity continues to carry a deep love for the hard dance scene. “No matter how hard life can get, nothing will beat the feeling of hearing ‘Us Against The World’ and bouncing back,” he said. “The genre isn’t just the music but the community of people that’s built around it. It’s something special that no other genre can replicate.”
His skills as a producer have carried over into his DJ career as he’s played all over Southern California — most recently, at 2HARD‘s Rumble In The Summer, where he took the stage in the first-ever b3b as Los Papis with J. Slai and Frank Oro. To give fans a taste of his high-octane performances, Infinity stopped by to make his debut on our hard dance mix series, Paradigm Shift!
For nearly one hour, Infinity packs a punch with 50 of the best hard dance and hard techno tracks today. Among them are fresh originals like “Entering The Matrix” and unreleased bangers from the vault, like his bootleg of “Activation” by Aversion and “Ritual” by The Devil Wears Prada!
