From deep grooves to global vibes, Revival New York’s new release showcases the latest sounds shaping the house music landscape.

Revival New York is a label without a prominent public figurehead, promising something different yet still dropping off plenty of sought-after releases. They’ve recently signed some heavyweight tracks, including Beltran‘s “Moonlight” and KinAhau‘s “Subject Study,” all while establishing a clear connection between the UK and New York City house music scenes. Their latest release, the Revival Forever VA, continues this trend, featuring nine tracks from some of the most exciting names in Minimal and Deep Tech.

As an ode to the Wu-Tang Clan, this compilation stands out with talent from around the globe. It kicks off with Carloh’s “Regreso Del Indio,” a raw, jazzy track with catchy vocal chops that provide a groovy start. Gabriele Toma contributes “The Bass,” with a prominent, catchy bassline that’s perfect for the middle of a DJ set. Jaime Coins and Fer BR’s “Jumbo” follows, offering a classic hip-hop vibe that makes you want to dance in your seat.

Joseph Edmund’s “Industry Pimp” features heavy acid synths, while Mene’s “In My Soul,” with its organ synth and vocals, adds a unique flavor to Revival Forever VA. Migulle & Tons and Ollie’s “Mama” uses deep bass and synths to create a great late-night track. Kirik and Charlie Lapicone‘s track “Inside” features a raw groove enriched with glitchy, spacey sound effects. Meanwhile, Jizz and LeJune’s “Magnetic Field,” with its drum fills and wonky synths, complements the compilation well, while the final track, Lucas Moss’ “The Bag,” includes catchy vocal hooks and glitches, rounding off everything perfectly.
