Ranger Trucco has officially opened the gates of his label to other artists in the scene with a fresh two-track EP from Lunoize.
While Ranger Trucco has graced other labels over the past few years, some of the finest sounds he’s produced have found a home on his very own, range. Launched in 2022 as a space for the Los Angeles-based artist to flex his creative muscle, it was closed off to other producers in the scene for its entire run… that is, until now. After picking up plenty of support from fans and tastemakers, the gates have finally been opened to others in the scene.
Speaking on this new era, Ranger Trucco said, “It’s time for range. to not only journey through sound, but also across the world to discover, support, and humanize artists from all over with a common love for the deep, smooth, and melodic side of music that brings us together on the dance floor.” And for the first artist to grace the label that isn’t him, he’s looked to Belgian producer Lunoize.
Lunoize’s Mint Tea EP is out now across all platforms and features two sultry house tracks that will leave your heart fluttering and feet shuffling. The title track leads the way with its blend of classic house and garage elements. From its bassline and layers of skippy percussion to the strings and vocal cuts, this one is meant for those days when you want to let loose with your friends. The second track, “Partytime,” kicks everything into a higher gear with its punchy nature that makes it a perfect transition track as the dancefloor vibe transitions from day to night.
