Legendary DJ and producer Steve Angello is kicking everything into gear in 2024 with the release of his latest single on SIZE Records, “ME.”
The past few years have been quite busy ones for Steve Angello. Not only did he reunite with Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso to breathe life back into Swedish House Mafia, but he celebrated 20 years of SIZE Records and continued to crank out some impressive singles of his own. In 2023, Steve Angello graced the stage at festivals like Tomorrowland while dropping off “U Ok?” with PARISI and Sebastian Ingrosso and “What You Need” with Wh0. The latter gained recognition as the third most-played house track in 2023, according to 1001Tracklists.
Now, on the heels of his latest accolade, Steve Angello is roaring into the new year with plenty of gusto as he’s unveiled his latest single on SIZE Records/Astralwerks, “ME.” Pressing play on this track will immediately place your mind in the midst of the summer season with its classic house groove guiding you to a bliss-like state. It’s pure, unadulterated dancefloor energy, and is sure to help warm your soul all winter long.
I designed ‘ME’ as an homage to the raw, unfiltered energy of S—A club set. It’s that perfect track that doesn’t end the night but stays with you, echoing in your head the next day. I made it hours before the Size XX show in Stockholm and heard the demand from the people so I’ve decided to make it available to the world!
Steve Angello
Fans of Steve Angello will be able to catch him this year at venues around the world. He’s slated to take the stage during a limited-run tour in Brazil in February before heading to North America for appearances at Coachella in April and Escapade in June. This summer will bring him back to Europe, where he’ll perform solo sets at EXIT Festival in Serbia and Medusa Festival in Spain, along with a string of Swedish House Mafia shows all season long.
