Electricity flows through Gulf Shores, Alabama, when Hangout Fest kicks off each year. This annual kick-off to summer in the South has become renowned for bringing top names in the scene to the stage for a memorable experience for all who attend, and when it returns on May 17-19, the beloved festival is packing another massive punch.
Headlining this year’s edition of Hangout Fest are three major artists: Alt-country star Zach Bryan, pop songstress Lana Del Rey, and captivating electronic duo ODESZA. Each of these artists has carved out significant space for themselves in their respective scenes, with lengthy discographies filled with hits that are sure to draw huge crowds. But there’s so much more to explore on the dynamic lineup.
The Chainsmokers are set to bring their pop-forward electronic style to Hangout Fest, and there are many other artists in the dance music realm to salivate over. Subtronics, Daily Bread, and Alison Wonderland immediately stand out as three you shouldn’t miss on the beach, while Chromeo and Kasbo are sure to get everyone in a proper groove.
Speaking of grooves, a huge offering of house music will be up for grabs with the likes of Dom Dolla, Disco Lines, Le Youth, LF System, Odd Mob and OMNOM’s Hyperbeam, Westend, and VNSSA and Nala’s b2b performance.
