You can’t talk about impactful artists in the electronic music scene without mentioning Darude in the conversation. Few artists in the scene have had seminal tracks that have transcended the community, like his massive hit “Sandstorm,” but that’s not all that he’s rested on over the past three decades. While the past few years were fairly quiet for Darude on the release front, it was clear that the legendary artist was plotting his next big sonic explosion. That would come to fruition in March when he teamed up with OskR and House Body for “Outlaws” on his Vibing Out imprint, and a string of additional singles led to the release of his latest studio album, Together. Littered with solo tunes and collaborations that see Darude marry classic trance elements with those from house, electro, progressive, and more, it’s an ethereal ride that will put a smile on your face as you dance the day and night away.

Together has received such a warm reception from the scene since its release, and Darude is now channeling that energy with a fresh mix that celebrates the dynamic nature of his sound. Found inside its runtime is a few tracks from Together, along with curated tunes from the likes of Morgin Madison and Ryan Lucian, Cubicore and Ava Silver, Giuseppe Ottaviani, and fantastic remixes from Tom Staar and Kryder, among others.
