Insomniac has been on a roll lately with a plethora of fresh festival announcements that have enticed dance music lovers from all walks of life. As they approach the end of the year, there’s plenty more to be excited for, with the newly minted Forever Midnight set to debut in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. But those planning to dance with the alien invaders at Countdown NYE have yearned for more details about the upcoming edition at the NOS Events Center, and today, the lineup has been officially revealed.
Earlier this week, the aliens transmitted their latest message and sent the scene into a frenzy as valiant Redditors decoded the lineup faster than ever to figure out who would be playing on December 30-31. The translation revealed some major names in the dance music scene, such as Porter Robinson, deadmau5, Adam Beyer, Seven Lions, G Jones, SVDDEN DEATH, NERO, Oliver Heldens, Alison Wonderland, The Chainsmokers, Audien, and FISHER. These artists have now been confirmed with the new flyer that dropped just moments ago.
If the previously mentioned artists weren’t an indication enough, it’s clear Countdown NYE is bringing one of its most dynamic lineups to date. Attendees can groove out to the house sounds of Mau P, Noizu b2b Joshwa, and Black V Neck, or get a dose of techno from Nicole Moudaber, Patrick Topping, and Layton Giordani. Additionally, the Distorted Reality set from Habstrakt is sure to warp your mind, while his b2b with JOYRYDE will keep you dancing the entire time.
Bass lovers have plenty of sets they shouldn’t miss, including Delta Heavy, Apashe, NGHTMRE, Super Future, Borgore, Lizzy Jane, KAYZO, and more.
