in New Releases

Steve Angello’s SIZE Records teams up with Tomorrowland Music for the six-track SIZE xx TML EP that features AN21, HIISAK, and more.

SIZE Records has been at the forefront of the dance music scene for two decades. Helmed by legendary Swedish artist Steve Angello, it has featured countless artists over the years who have showcased a range of sounds from progressive house to electronica and more. This year has seen SIZE celebrate its 20-year anniversary with show announcements and a stage takeover at Tomorrowland, and their latest release sees them team up with the label run by the world’s top festival to mark the anniversary further.

Out now across all platforms is the SIZE xx TML, a co-released EP that marries the minds behind SIZE Records and Tomorrowland Music. Found inside are six tracks that showcase not just the past and present of the scene but what’s in store for the future of the Steve Angello-led imprint as it begins its trek to its next milestone.

This collaboration between SIZE and Tomorrowland is more than just a fusion of sounds; it’s a celebration of two decades of musical evolution, friendship, and creativity. Remixing the classics gives us a chance to honor our roots, while introducing four incredible new acts showcases our commitment to innovation and the future of music. Here’s to the past 20 years of harmony and inspiration, and to the next 20 years, where we’ll continue to break boundaries and redefine what’s possible.

Steve Angello

Leading the charge on SIZE xx TML is a dynamic duo that has made quite a name for themselves over the years, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. They team up with Magnificence to twist Steve Angello’s iconic track “Monday” into a modern-day gem that is club-ready at its core. Then it’s time for AN21 to remix one of his brother’s most beloved tracks, “The Ocean.” Its driving beat pairs perfectly with the vocals to create an energetic soundscape that will prepare you for any party throughout the rest of the summer.

The first of the fresh tunes arrives with HIISAK and Mathieu Ruz’s “Subiendo (Vazilando),” which lifts the EP up even more as the track leans into its tribal drums, progressive melody, and chanted vocals. Kommando then commands everyone to “DANCE BABY DANCE” as the heat is turned up another notch on the dial with its tech house groove. Then it’s straight back to the realm of melodic techno as fresh Swedish duo Pretty Output drops “Do You Hear Me?” into the collection for an absolute stunner before taking a trip to Mexico, where Daniel Etienne welcomes you in with the ever-sultry “Omniscient” to bring the six-track ride to a proper close.
