Zeds Dead, Lil Texas, SLANDER, Cosmic Gate, AFROJACK, and more have been announced on the debut lineup for EDSea.

After decades of only hosting editions of Electric Daisy Carnival on land, this year saw Insomniac Events announce something new and exciting for their faithful followers – the debut edition of EDSea. The maiden voyage of this festival on the high seas will set sail from Miami on November 4 for a cruise around the Caribbean with stops in Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay before heading back to the mainland on November 8 with the Norwegian Joy.

Hype steadily built for the first-ever sailing of EDSea, and cabins sold out quickly after becoming available. Today, Pasquale Rotella took to social media for a surprise drop of the lineup to kick the energy to a new level. Major headliners like AFROJACK, Cosmic Gate, DJ Snake, Zeds Dead, Deorro, Seven Lions, Galantis, Ferry Corsten, and Benny Benassi stick out immediately on the lineup, but there’s so much more to explore.

House music lovers will get their shuffle on to sets from ACRAZE, SIDEPIECE, CID, Noizu, Dombresky, Cloonee, Lee Foss, and Shiba San, while those hunting for melodic sounds will gravitate to Le Youth, Massane, Nils Hoffmann, and Jerro. Techno heads won’t want to miss the sets from Sara Landry and Chelina Manuhutu for their dose of subterranean sounds.

Bass aficionados will be delighted to know that Black Tiger Sex Machine, Riot Ten, SLANDER, Kai Wachi, KAYZO, Kill The Noise, REAPER, and Dimension will be on board. Emo Nite will be hosting a show for all of those who love the sounds of emo and pop-punk with an electronic twist, and if you’ve fallen in love with the harder styles, then there’s no doubt that Lil Texas and Code Black will satiate your cravings.

All cabins for the maiden voyage of EDSea are currently sold out – head to their official website to sign up for the waiting list!

Grant Gilmore

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
