EDC China is set to make its grand return on October 2-3 after a three-year hiatus with an edition at Yang Cheng Lake Resort in Suzhou.
While the biggest editions of Insomniac’s Electric Daisy Carnival have taken place in Las Vegas, Orlando, and Mexico City, the beloved festival has traveled beyond the reaches of North America as well. Countries like Japan, Korea, and China all hosted experiences and drew in thousands of dance music lovers from near and far to attend, but these were unfortunately put on hold due to the pandemic. Now, after a three-year hiatus, EDC China is set to make a grand return this fall.
EDC China is set to take place on October 2-3 at Yang Cheng Lake Resort in Suzhou, which is a city west of Shanghai. Much akin to past editions that have taken place in the country, there will be multiple stages featuring jaw-dropping production elements and top-tier artists from a range of genres slated to play. Stages featured at EDC China this year will include kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, and stereoBLOOM, while the Boombox Art Car will also make an appearance.
While the lineup is yet to be revealed, artists who have played past editions of EDC China have included the likes of deadmau5, Alison Wonderland, WHIPPED CREAM, Autograf, JAUZ, Andrew Rayel, Markus Schulz, and Cosmic Gate, among others. So keep your eyes peeled for this year’s list of artists!
Head to the official website for more information, and purchase your tickets through Damai if you’re planning to attend. GA and VIP tickets will be available, with VIP ticketholders receiving expedited entry, enhanced restrooms, complimentary private lockers, access to the beauty shop, and a special gift bag. Skydeck packages are also available for those looking to party in style. Stay tuned for further details on EDC China’s return, including the lineup and more.
