Lab Group continues to honor its legacy as a creative research group specializing in unified sound. After the passing of a core member, CharlestheFirst, fans wondered if it could be the end of an era. All were overjoyed when it was announced that Supertask and Potions of Lab Group were still planning to carry the torch and honor Charles by continuing the collaborative music. Beginning in 2022, the group began integrating Tiedye Ky, Player Dave, and Ruku as core songwriters and have been frivolously working on their forthcoming album Lab Group 2.
It’s easy to see that the artists are about to burst with new content, and what better way to share their art than in a live setting? Today, Lab Group shared their upcoming tour dates for fans to have a chance to get their fill. There’s plenty of opportunity to absorb the impressive genius that comes from the group’s shared brainpower with stops all around the globe, including Secret Dreams, North Coast Music Festival, Rezz Rocks, and Hulaween, as well as an undisclosed location to be revealed at a later date.
The Lab Group 2 project includes a wide arrangement of features from producers, vocalists, and artists touching all different avenues of genres and mediums. To say it will be a memorable experience is putting it lightly.
