Tycho Announces New Festival, Golden States, In Napa

Tycho will be joined by Channel Tres, Panda Bear & Sonic Boom, Buscabulla, and more for the debut edition of Golden States.

People looking to pack their summer with exciting days filled with music, friends, and sunshine should add July 15 to their calendars because that’s when Tycho’s new festival, Golden States in Napa, CA, is set to take place. Teaming up with Another Planet Entertainment, they will be painting up to bring a day filled with light-hearted sounds to Napa’s Oxbow Riverstage. With two perfectly executed events in 2021 and 2022, Tycho knows exactly what the people are yearning for. This one-day festival will be short and sweet, but there’s no doubt that it will be an experience attendees will remember forever.

Aside from Tycho, artists who will take the stage include Channel Tres, Panda Bear & Sonic Boom, Buscabulla, Washed Out, Brijean, and Kaelin Ellis. Tycho also has a special set planned featuring fan favorites plus unreleased tracks from Tycho’s forthcoming album. From classic dreamy Tycho classics to the tropical oasis vibes Washed Out will bring, Golden States will provide all the tranquil energy anyone can hope for from a summer festival.

I had so much fun curating events at Brooklyn Mirage in 2021 and in Denver at Colorfield in 2022 that I wanted to take those concepts further with artists we respect and admire, Golden States is the next evolution of that vision and I’m excited to be doing it close to home in the San Francisco Bay Area.
