Kx5 drops “Alive” with The Moth & The Flame and reveals John Summit, Anna Lunoe, and Triple XL as support for LA Coliseum show.

It was a magical moment in the scene when Kaskade and deadmau5 announced that they would officially be teaming up for a project called Kx5 earlier this year. This was a long time coming for the two beloved artists who had teamed up on remarkable tracks in the past, and they quickly caught the attention of fans with their first single under the alias called “Escape,” which saw them team up with Hayla, along with news of a show at the LA Coliseum.

This summer has only seen them continue to deliver some heat for their fans around the world. Not only did they make their debut at EDC Las Vegas this past May, but they dropped a flurry of remixes of “Escape” from the likes of Spencer Brown, Subtronics, John Summit, and LP Giobbi. In September, the second official Kx5 tune, “Take Me High,” surfaced, and now with the arrival of spooky season, comes a fresh tune, “Alive.” This time around, the duo teamed up with The Moth & The Flame to bring it to life as they layer in beautiful synths and emotive, indie vocals to create a soundscape that will wrap its fingers around your head.

The release of “Alive” isn’t the only news that surfaced from Kx5 this week as today saw them officially announce the full support lineup for their upcoming show at the LA Coliseum. John Summit was announced previously and is sure to inject plenty of house grooves into the night, with the new additions of Anna Lunoe and Triple XL officially joining the lineup today to make this experience one that you’ll want to arrive early for on December 10.

Check out “Alive” (feat. The Moth & The Flame) on Spotify or your preferred platform, and grab tickets for the Kx5 show at LA Coliseum if you haven’t yet already!
