Coming to Manhattan, Nebula Nightclub will be the biggest nightclub opening in years, assuring a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Little more than two years ago, we were reporting about clubs closing in Manhattan and much of the nightlife scene moving out to Brooklyn. But now Nebula is set to buck the trend, bringing incredible vision to the NYC scene. No stranger to NYC nightlife, Richie Romero has partnered up with Rob Toma and his TCE Presents team for musical programming on this new venture. Nothing this exciting has come to Manhattan in the last two years, and this opening, as nightlife begins to recover from COVID closings, couldn’t come at a better time.
Despite the shift in many events to venues in Brooklyn, there’s no shortage of nightclub devotees in Manhattan. Nebula seems well suited to fit right into the “no expense spared” style of the Big Apple’s core borough. The spacious 700-person club spans 11,000 square feet with precisely half of that dedicated to the main dance floor.
There’s also a mezzanine and lower level with three private rooms where groups can party in style and even retreat to their own private bathrooms. A d&b audiotechnik sound system will drive the party and assure that everyone wants to get out there and dance. There’s also a moving ceiling made up of six independent video panels that can transform the space almost instantly. (We did say “no expense spared” didn’t we?!?)
Nebula will open on October 22, so read on to check out the acts booked for the first two weekends. The Nebula grand opening party is scheduled for November 5 with the lineup to be announced. Be on the lookout for more great acts to be revealed soon and check out a couple of renderings of the space below!
