One of Europe’s top summer parties, Sonus Festival, has canceled its 2021 edition and promises to return in style in 2022.
While events and gatherings continue to look promising here in the U.S. due to the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination rates increasing, the same cannot be said about the rest of the world. The uncertainty around the virus continues to be a major threat everywhere else. Therefore, live events like the Sonus Festival in Croatia have begun to come forward with the news that their 2021 edition is canceled.
Given the limitation and restrictions presented, the organizers decided to put the health and safety of the fans first and not move forward with this year’s production and instead focus on a bigger and better return next year. As a result, one of Europe’s favorite electronic music festivals has set its’ sight on the new dates, August 21-25, 2022.
As they gear for a favorable return next year, organizers promise to bring back the five-day summer party to get your groove on in Croatia’s Pag Island with a lineup filled to the brim with House and Techno music acts they are notably known for. Early bird private pre-sale tickets go live on June 18, and if you are a 2020 ticket holder, you have the option of getting a full refund or rolling it over for next year. To be eligible for the private pre-sale, fans need to sign up to be part of the inner circle mailing list first. Packages available include GA tickets, VIP, festival packages, and shuttle and boat party passes are sold separately.
