Will you be dancing to the beats from Chromeo, John Summit, ARTBAT, Tchami, Justin Martin, and more during the Day Trip Festival debut?

As the entire live event scene shut down in 2020, Insomniac offered up some hope for the future with the announcement of Day Trip Festival. Over the past few years, Day Trip has become renowned for bringing some sensational showcases to venues like Academy LA and Exchange LA, and they further bolstered their brand with unique livestreams and editions at the Park N Rave as well. But now, with Southern California eyeing a re-opening in June they’ve turned their focus back to the festival itself.

While their track record of impressive lineups for the showcases already stirred up hype for who would be playing, today they dropped the full list of artists to solidify their spot as true tastemakers. But the minds behind Day Trip didn’t just grace house and techno lovers with a lineup, but the news that it will also be expanding to two days! That’s right, Day Trip Festival will now take place at the LA Waterfront on July 3-4 for some extra fun in the SoCal sun.

Taking the Deep End stage on Saturday, July 3 are a bevy of talented artists including the likes of Chromeo, Claptone, John Summit, and Nora En Pure among others. AC Slater, LP Giobbi, Dombresky, Tchami, and more will hold it down on the High Tide stage. Make sure you’re there for Meduza, Noizu, and Vintage Culture as well if you’re trying to get your shuffle on.

Then, the celebration for the Fourth of July will really kick things up a notch with ARTBAT, Justin Martin, Diplo, OFFAIAH, and a b2b set pairing Lee Foss and John Summit on the Deep End. And even more stunners including the likes of VNSSA, Yolanda Be Cool, Luke Andy, and SOFI TUKKER will be playing on the High Tide stage. You also won’t want to miss out on b2bs featuring Dombresky and Noizu as well as Tchami and Wax Motif because they’re sure to be quite the treat.

Those who purchased tickets for Day Trip Festival on July 3 as well as those on the waitlist will receive first access to the second day on July 4, so check your email for information on that. While the first day is sold out, the remaining tickets for the second day will officially go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 28 at 12pm PT. Head over to their website for more details!
