Master of mayhem Dillon Francis teams up with Wave to create “Total Fiasco,” a digital concert featuring virtual gift-giving in real-time.

Get ready to get loose this April Fool’s Day, because Dillon Francis is taking the virtual concert realm to another level with “Total Fiasco,” a sure-to-be-outrageous experience in partnership with Wave. Coming off of a stunning virtual show with Alison Wonderland earlier this year, Wave continues to be the leader in interactive virtual entertainment experiences. Now, they’re pushing the envelope even further by developing new, imaginative monetization features for artists — features that are super fun for fans, as well.

Between his unmatched, high-energy sets and hilarious personality, Dillon Francis has never been one to hold back — especially when it comes to delivering on experiences for his fans. I can only imagine what craziness Francis has planned for this interactive feature. Weird outfits? Crazy backgrounds? Dancing Geralds? I can’t wait to find out!

Additionally, “Total Fiasco” marks the first time fans can give virtual gifts to artists in real-time. Each donation someone makes will take the form of virtual accessories or changes to the environment throughout the live event. Think of this as part live performance, and part “choose your own adventure.”

I am excited to work with Wave to bring a completely new and fun experience to my fans. This will not just be a concert, but one of the biggest virtual parties for anyone who loves music and dance. This special event allows me to interact with the audience like never before while allowing their input to control certain parts of the experience, making it one of my most dynamic shows to date.”

Attending “Total Fiasco” free, so go search the couch cushions for some spare change for donations, and get ready to create a digital festival experience with Dillon Francis. RSVP for “Total Fiasco” by heading to the Wave website and mark your calendars for April 1 at 6pm PT / 9pm ET to watch on Twitch and YouTube if you can’t join in on the fun in VR.
