Tomorrowland unveils the aftermovie for their 31.12.2020 experience featuring music from David Guetta, Netsky, and more!

As livestreams and digital festivals continue to dominate the electronic music scene in the wake of the ongoing pandemic, certain brands repeatedly raise the bar and impress in the virtual world. One of these standout brands is Tomorrowland, which after wowing with Tomorrowland Around the World, ushered in 2021 in a big way with its massive New Year’s Eve event, 31.12.2020.

Those who tuned in were gifted with 21.5 hours of music and unreleased IDs, including brand-new ARTBAT for techno lovers, as well as Belgian DJ Coone‘s new album debut. The digital event also featured four virtual stages — Tree of Melodia, Atmosphere, Planaxis, and Pulse — where artists from around the world, including Armin van Buuren, Diplo, Martin Garrix, and more helped people from over 150 countries dance into the new year. As though that wasn’t enough, to add to the authenticity of the event, Tomorrowland also featured 1,200 virtual fireworks, 184 virtual lasers, and 2,750 virtual lights for attendees to enjoy from the comfort of their own homes.

While those who purchased passes could return to experience in full weeks after, as of today, you can relive the magic with the Tomorrowland 31.12.2020 Official Aftermovie, a 12-minute-long video that highlights all four stages and some of the most memorable sets from the event. Those with the Tomorrowland app were able to watch the video yesterday, but it’s now available for everyone’s enjoyment via YouTube, Facebook, and IGTV.
