SG Lewis releases a fiery music video for his track “Feed The Fire” featuring Lucky Daye which sparks all the good vibes.
SG Lewis is on a roll right now and we’re loving every bit of it. Earlier this month, he announced his debut album times is set to release on February 29, 2021, following the release of his singles “Chemicals,” and “Impact” featuring Robyn and Chemical Trees. Towards the end of October, Lewis released the third single off his upcoming album “Feed The Fire.“ The track is the definition of good vibes and grooviness as Lucky Daye blesses listeners with his stunning vocals and the funk-infused production by Lewis is flawless.
As we eagerly wait for the arrival of his debut album, Lewis is giving us the official music video for “Feed the Fire.” Directed by Aiden Cullen, the video features rising gems, Alton Mason and Quen Blackwell. (Yes, the aspiring artist and Tik Tok star who resides in one of Diplo’s properties.) The music video is an “ode to friendship and nights out, the way we once knew them.” Prepare for the nostalgia of days when you could go out with your friends without wearing a mask or the fear of catching COVID-19.
Although the focus is primarily on Mason and Blackwell, there are a bunch of instances where you see Lewis hanging out with his squad of friends. My favorite part of the video is watching Lucky Daye serenade Blackwell with his euphoric vocals. There’s a gorgeous dance number by Mason at the midway point of the video that pays tribute to the late Michael Jackson, and the overall vibe of the video is carefree. I can’t wait for the world to get back to that simple freedom.
