Diplo, Solardo, MK, and more are set to take the virtual stage on May 29-30 for the first-ever Ministry Weekender livestream!
When you discuss iconic brands and clubs in the dance music scene, few have been as powerful and longstanding as the Ministry of Sound. A perennial force in the scene for nearly three decades, they’ve done everything from releasing anthemic tunes to hosting top-tier artists at their nightclub in London. Now, they’re set to dominate the digital realm with the recently announced Ministry Weekender that’s slated for May 29-30 on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.
Friday kicks off the Ministry Weekender festivities in the best way possible with legendary artists like Pete Tong, A-Trak, and Diplo with a set from Leftwing : Kody that you surely won’t want to miss out on. And if the first day acts as the fuel to the fire then the second is set to be quite the party as artists like MK, Solardo, Paul Woolford, and Franky Wah take the reins.
Much like others in the scene, Ministry of Sound plans to give back by raising funds for the WHO Solidarity Fund. Donations made will help countries prevent, detect, and respond to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Ministry Weekender is taking it one further to help support WHO as well with their partner YouTube matching $2 for every $1 dollar raised during the stream.
