Famed art collective Meow Wolf is ready to unleash some magic on the Mile High City with their latest multi-day event offering: Dark Palace!
Meow Wolf has become a household name among art fans over the past few years, and they are finally ready to unveil their latest project landing in Denver this fall. Dubbed Dark Palace their three-day music and arts festival is set to take place November 22- 24 at the National Western Complex and will also feature installations from local artists.
As Meow Wolf’s Santa Fe location has only grown in popularity, the collective’s focus has widened to transform the immersive art installation into a bubbling new venue for dance music. Earlier this year they conjured up some magic at their Taos Vortex festival, and now intend to bring those vibes to the Mile High City. It is only fitting to support the new Denver location with a massive weekend of top-tier electronic music for all.
While the immersive art will surely be fantastic, on the music front they are set to host some legendary acts such as Claude VonStroke, MK, Guy Gerber, CharlestheFirst, Shlomo and more. A handful of Denver’s best and most well known local producers will also be showcased throughout the three-day event including, Late Night Radio, Option4, Mikey Thunder, Nadasound, LYFTD, and Mass Relay.
The best is yet to come from the Meow Wolf clan as they have been building the suspense for the new Denver location for quite some time now. Set to open in 2021, our imaginations are running wild with what they could possibly be up to inside the monstrous new building. For now, Dark Palace will be the perfect way to set the tone for Meow Wolf Denver.
“Meow Wolf and Dark Palace is about fun, exploration and things that go bump in the night. That’s what it’s all about: from the DJs who play it, the lighting designers who illuminate it, to the artists who will install their art for it,”
