FAQ:

Bag Check:

We provide a 24 hour bag check system located in the large blue shipping container in the center of the venue. Don’t leave your belongings on the beach, we’d hate for anything to get taken or misplaced.

We encourage you to store any valuables here and not leave them unattended at your campsite. At the Main Bag Check regular items (daypack size or less) $6 single-use $20 weekend – Addition fee for large and fragile items.

Water & Showers:

While we do provide filtered drinking water to our guests, please help us end single use by bringing only large refillable containers for your campsite and a metal container for yourself. We will have some Envision water bottles for sale at our merchandise store.

Showers are available during specific hours, posted at the showers, with a shower voucher. Shower vouchers can be purchased at the showers during the event.

Please bring ONLY biodegradable soap such as Doctor Bronner’s Magic Soaps for shower use. Please avoid any glass bottles for housing your soaps!

We ask that you be mindful of your use – clean water in the jungle is a privilege that we are proud to offer.

Camping:

Camping is included in all multi-day event passes. There is quite a bit of shade at Rancho La Merced, however, you may want to bring some type of shade structure to ensure your campsite is covered.

If you are in CAR CAMPING, you will be guided and parked in a designated location by one of our parking staff and cannot move your car until you exit at the end of the event to ensure the highest level of safety. There is no ‘In & Out’ for Car Camping.

Cash & Vendors:

There are NO ATMs ON SITE so plan to arrive with all the funds you need. Our food and merchant vendors will accept U.S. Dollars and Costa Rica Colones. There are several banks along the highway in Uvita and one across from Dominical on the east side of the highway that have ATMs. In order to access an ATM during the event you will need to take a car or taxi to the nearest ATM location (Uvita).  Vendors may or may not accept credit cards

Reminder To Mind Your Belongings:

Unfortunately, many people have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses and other valuables during this festival season. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, there are opportunistic people who come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers and it’s important to be mindful of your valuables while at Envision.

Pay attention to who’s around you and what’s going on around you. Keep your wallet and phone in your front pocket(s) if you can. Treat your phone the same way you would treat cash; don’t set it down on a table or bar and look away. If a friend isn’t standing behind you in a crowd, be careful of your backpack or purse, and don’t put valuables in a pocket that could easily be unzipped by someone behind in a crowded spot without you realizing.

Gina relocated from monotonous central California to the damp, musically dense Pacific Northwest in 2009. Not long after, she became completely enveloped in the vibrant world of electronic dance music. Obsessed with the catharsis of dance and unparalleled sense of community, her life’s pursuit became attending as many live music events as possible. While she doesn’t limit her eclectic musical taste by any means, bass music is what most activates her tumultuous soul. Soon, within her grew the desire to become more involved and contribute to the community which has shown her interminable acceptance and purpose. In that pursuit, she began working with the artist relations teams at local powerhouse Foundation Nightclub and its parent company USC Events in Seattle. She’s now found a space where meaning and motivation converge and intends to embed herself as much as possible within those musical spaces.
