Justice, sex, and space babies – the new music video for “Pleasure” has it all!
French duo Justice has released a music video for their single “Pleasure” and it’s definitely NOT something you want to watch at the office – or any public space for that matter. The video was directed by esteemed director and artist Alexandre Courtès, the mastermind behind projects done for The White Stripes, U2, and Daft Punk. According to Courtès, Justice already had the concept of a “supernatural” love scene in mind prior to coming to her. And just when you were thinking there were no original ideas anymore!
The video stays true to the duo’s interstellar fantasy but is arguably more an artistic pornographic film than anything else. It features a rather passionate couple going at it for several minutes and then, well, climaxes with a cosmic explosion that gives life to a glowing, sort of creepy baby. Call it a modern take on the old stork story, if you will.

The couple boasts an impressive array of various positions – you know, just to keep things interesting – and emit beams of light throughout. Director Courtès explains that it was important to her to make the video live in action. This could be a clever echoing of the fact that the single is a new, live version of the “Pleasure” featured on Woman, the group’s newest album.
The music video release also compliments the duo’s recent launch of their live show dubbed, “The Church,” which has been praised for its stellar production. The bright, explosive lights in the show mirror those used in the video, which strikes a cool similarity to the actual live version. So overall, if this could actually be considered a porno, it would be considered the most thought-out and high-budget porno of all time.
