Looking to get fit and support a good cause while enjoying some bangin’ beats? The 5k Color Fun Run is hitting San Diego!
If you live in San Diego, you already know that one of the passions that many people have in this city involve staying fit through outdoor activities or even just exercise. With races like the Rock N Roll Marathon and many others, it was about time that electronic music made its mark on that territory too. While the race itself is non-timed, runners can opt to participate solo or as a team for the 5k Color Fun Run when it comes to San Diego. Taking place on November 11, 2017, Qualcomm Stadium will play host to the event.
Hosted in a central location of San Diego, the 5k Color Fun Run will feature four separate color stations throughout the race course, food trucks, bounce houses, and fun for the entire family. Of course, it wouldn’t be a true San Diego event without a craft beer garden present, as it is taking place in the world’s #1 Craft Beer Destination. After the race, attendees can head to BASSMNT in Downtown San Diego for an after-party that will feature artists who will be spinning throughout the day and more!
The 5k Color Fun Run isn’t just about getting fit and having a good time, as proceeds will be benefitting the Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Based out of Encinitas, you can find more information about them and their mission on their website!
