Insomniac Warehouse To Host Mau5trap Takeover!

It looks as if deadmau5 and Pasquale have put their beef in the past as mau5trap will be heading to the Insomniac Warehouse!

Just announced moments ago, Pasquale Rotella posted a photo with the caption “Mau5 in the Hau5. Downtown Los Angeles Warehouse.” Simple, yet insanely exciting for those who love deadmau5 and the music he puts out. For those of you who don’t know, deadmau5 has been vacant from any Insomniac lineup for quite some time. His last, most recognizable set, was at EDC Los Angeles back in 2010 and has battled with Pasquale and Insomniac on social media over the years too. Check out the announcement below and read on for more details on the mau5trap takeover of the Insomniac Warehouse!

This show comes as a surprise to us here, as it coincides directly with the “lots of shows in a row tour” that has taken over the US as of late. Slated for April 29, this puts fans who will be attending the tour in an odd spot, as there is now a unique experience and stacked lineup to compete that evening. Announced along with deadmau5 is ANNA, MONSTERGETDOWN, and more to be announced later. Coming off two album releases, the announcement of his side project TESTPILOT at Movement Detroit, a massive tour announcement, and an unveiling of the new Cube, this year is already set to be a huge one for Joel. We can’t wait to see what is in store for fans at the “secret” Insomniac Warehouse location. More details to come on this epic party soon!

Tickets will be on sale starting April 11 at 12pm PT, you can purchase them HERE!

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
