Los Angeles-based DJ Wes James is better known in the electronic world as Le Youth. He describes his sound a quintessentially Californian with a hint of European flair. Additionally, he has developed a sound brimming with a mix of R&B, house music, synthesizer and catchy hooks. He’s definitely a rising star in the electronic world as shown through his body of work. In addition, Le Youth has attracted the attention of multiple influential DJs and has released well-received remixes for Disclosure, RAC, SIA and Katy Perry.

In September, Le Youth started his new label Homewerk. He was previously signed to a major label but created Homewerk so he could have complete creative control over his work. Since starting Homewerk, he has released two singles: “Me Without You” and “If You’re Leaving”. “Me Without You: was No.1 on Sirius XM’s Chill playlist for Oct/Nov, and since ‘If You’re Leaving” was released his Spotify streams has been gathering over a million monthly listeners too!
