Paul van Dyk Releases Remixes from Politics 3

In continuance of keeping the purity of trance alive and well, legendary Paul van Dyk is closing the gap from his latest album with a triple pack of captivating remixes. In late spring of 2015, Paul delivered his seventh studio album titled ‘The Politics of Dancing 3’ that has already captured several PvD classics in-the-making. In lieu of Politics 3, he’s finishing out the year with remixes from beloved trance heavy-hitters Aly & Fila, Giuseppe Ottaviani and Liquid Soul with tracks ‘Heart Like An Ocean’, ‘In Your Arms’ and ‘City Of Sound’.

The EP commences with Egyptian duo Aly & Fila, who rework the Mark Eteson co-produced ‘Heart Like An Ocean’. Plucking Heart’s most epic of strings, the Egyptians’ raise further rapture through Tricia McTeague’s angelic vocals.  For ‘In Your Arms’, the track’s co-producer Giuseppe Ottaviani takes matters into his own hands with a supremely uplifting strike of his mix-lightning. Last but not least, Liquid Soul strips out ‘City Of Sound’s most uplifting elements and replaces them with his trademark Goa & Psy tones with onward forcing drums, polygraph-tense sub-riffs and acidizing FX.

Complete track list:

01: Paul van Dyk and Giuseppe Ottaviani with Betsie Larkin – In Your Arms (OnAir Remix)

02: Paul van Dyk, Mark Eteson & Tricia McTeague – Heart Like An Ocean (Aly & Fila Remix)

03: Paul van Dyk and Jordan Suckley – City Of Sound (Liquid Soul Remix)

You can order ‘The Politics Of Dancing 3’ Remixes on BeatPort.
