Amazon and Coachella are partnering up this year to fundamentally change the festival-game through Amazon Lockers!
Packing for a festival can be an extremely stressful time. Between planning out your outfits for three days, locking down your transportation, and ensuring that you have the right camping gear, it’s easy to forget crucial things along the way – like your toothbrush or phone charger. In efforts to make festivals a breeze, Amazon has partnered with Coachella this year as the first festival to have Amazon lockers. This will allow festival attendees to order things from Amazon directly into the festival – stress-free!
Amazon already offers lighting fast shipping if you are an Amazon Prime member so if you were to get to Coachella and realize that you forgot something, you can easily order it through the Amazon website or app and have it delivered right inside the festival! Additionally, if you did not wish to bring in a huge bag of things with you inside, you could also just order everything to an Amazon Locker and pick it up right as you enter – which makes going through their security check a breeze.

Patrick Supanc, Amazon’s Worldwide Director of Lockers and Pickup said that the goal of partnering with Coachella for the Amazon Lockers is to “…make the most of out of their weekend at Coachella” and “Bringing the convenience of Amazon Lockers to Coachella will help customers focus on their experience instead of worrying about forgetting something at home or having to carry it in with them.”
The way Amazon Lockers work is simple. When you place an order on Amazon’s site, you have an option at checkout to select “Amazon Locker.” Selecting this option delivers your order directly to a locker close by to you and gives you a unique code to enter to retrieve your items. It’s that easy!
