Amelie Lens, Grupo Frontera, Subtronics, Myke Towers, Dombresky, San Pacho, Trace, and more are gearing up to activate Empire Music Festival 2026.
Techno, reggaeton, house, and banda are just a few of the genres music enthusiasts can expect at Empire Music Festival this year. The two-day camping festival taking place Friday, May 1 – Saturday, May 2 is returning for another edition at Finca El Jocotillo near Guatemala City with a diverse and varied roster.
Since its inception in 2014, Empire Music Festival has become one of the biggest festivals in Central America. With a mission to indulge in music, connect with nature, and have a fun time with good company, the gathering has brought over 500 artists to Guatemala over the past 12 years.
For this year’s edition, organizers tapped heavy hitters in the realm of techno, house music, bass, reggaeton, and more. Dance music devotees can expect heavy but groove-laden sets from Amelie Lens, Dømina, DJ Guestlist, and Layton Giordani. Cloonee, DJ Snake, Galantis, Adam Sellouk b2b Script, Dombresky, BOLO, Morten, Røz, San Pacho, Nico Falla, and Trace also showcase the genre’s wide spectrum. For bass fans, Illenium and Subtronics will surely take center stage.
Reggaeton and regional Mexican music look to keep the energy high throughout the weekend. The event series Bellakeopuntocom, known to be Guatemala’s hottest reggaeton party, will make an appearance alongside Kapo, Myke Towers, Alexis Y Fido, Jesse Baez, Grupo Frontera, and Victor Mendivil. Attendees will also hear sounds from Caloncho, Chelina Manuhutu, Devault, Draxx, Edgar V, Innellea, Armando G, Bohemia Suburbana, Camila Orantes, Glass Collective, No Trial, Raffy Peyré, Roberto Ruano, Viento En Contra, Wiko, and Wongraphy.
