The Governors Ball is one of the hottest and most anticipated music festivals on New York’s summer calendar. After 15 years of unforgettable performances, this iconic event has firmly cemented its place as a city tradition. Each edition, Queens transforms into the ultimate summer playground when the multi-day celebration brings together world-class talents across pop, rock, rap, electronic music, and more. This June 5-7, Governors Ball will return to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, just in time for New York Music Month.
Headliners Lorde, K-Pop sensation Stray Kids, and A$AP Rocky will lead an incredible lineup this year. They are joined by an impressive roster including Baby Keem, Kali Uchis, Jennie, Katseye, Geese, Major Lazer, Pierce the Veil, Dominic Fike, Blood Orange, Clipse, Mariah The Scientist, Wet Leg, Amyl and The Sniffers, Freddie Gibbs & The Alchemist, 2hollis, Ravyn Lenae, and more.
For fans ready to dance, electronic artists like The Dare, Confidence Man, Major Lazer, Fcukers, and Snow Strippers promise high-energy sets that will keep the crowd grooving all day.
This year, Governors Ball will also shine a spotlight on New York’s local talent from seasoned artists such as Geese, Del Water Gap, Arcy Drive, and Lexa Gates to rising hometown favorites like The Backfires and Chanpan. Young performers from School of Rock Queens, School of Rock New York, and Kids Rock for Kids will also shine in the spotlight at the festival, showcasing the city’s music community.
