Beltran, 999999999, Ben UFO, DJ Seinfeld, Eli Brown, Richie Hawtin, MCR-T, VTSS, Chris Stussy, I Hate Models, KI/KI, and more are set to play Skyline Festival in Los Angeles next year.
The sounds of house and techno have ruled much of Southern California’s festival scene, and those in Los Angeles have been treated to quite a kick-off event each year: Skyline Festival. This two-day affair from Insomniac‘s Factory 93 brand has been the talk of the town at past editions, and the most recent iteration will mark its fifth. Skyline Festival is celebrating its first major milestone in style by setting its sights on a new home, Ace*Mission Studios, for its February 28 – March 1 event, and now the initial lineup has been revealed to entice attendees.
While the venue will be fresh, the stages will be familiar, with the East Side, West Side, and Arts District returning for this round. The East Side is bringing the most heat with top acts like Chris Stussy, Marco Carola, I Hate Models, Eli Brown, KI/KI, Beltran, Dennis Cruz, and The Blessed Madonna b2b HAAi. Meanwhile, immediate standouts on the West Side include techno acts like 999999999, Joseph Capriati, and VTSS, as well as talent from other sonic realms such as Wakyin, ChaseWest, DJ Seinfeld, and Dee Diggs. The latter of the three stages will feature artists announced in the new year,
That’s not all that Factory 93 has in store, as a fourth new stage will be added into the mix at Skyline Festival: Downtown. Hosted by Resident Advisor, this stage will quickly become the place to be for anyone looking for high-quality sets, with a wide variety of acts including legends like Richie Hawtin and Ben UFO, energy-driven stars MCR-T and SPFDJ, and experimental artists like Nick León and Verraco.
There’s still more for house and techno lovers to stay tuned for beyond the Arts District stage lineup to be revealed. Factory 93 has teased that official afterparties will take place inside the Ace*Mission Studios warehouse, giving everyone more time to dance, with details arriving soon.
Those planning to attend can opt for a two-day GA pass, which should suffice for most attendees. That said, those who are keen on a proper VIP experience can opt for the two-day Stage Access passes, which grant on-stage viewing at the three largest stages, a private festival entrance, top-shelf food and drink options, an intimate backstage lounge, and more.
The Skyline Community Ticket Presale kicks off on Friday, December 5, at 11am PT, with the general sale beginning at 12pm PT that same day. Sign up for early access on the official website and head to Front Gate to make your purchase.
