Juheun is gearing up for the release of his new single and the final weeks of the fall months by spinning a mix that’s filled to the brim with pure, unadulterated techno energy.
Korean-American DJ and producer Juheun has made a name for himself over the years by delivering raw, driving techno releases that lean into a sci-fi aesthetic. Labels like Octopus Recordings, Kuukou Records, Tronic, Unity Records, and more have become a home for this boundary-pushing artist throughout his journey, and he has only continued to impress along the way.
Dedicated to showcasing advanced technology and the latest hardware he’s collected through his releases and performances, Juheun consistently turns heads with his futuristic sound. Yet production is just the tip of the iceberg for this artist, who is also the co-founder of Circuit in Arizona and passionate about modding Japanese import cars.
Most recently, Juheun completed a tour in Asia, which inspired his mix for the Fall Frequencies series today. He’s also set his sights back on the studio, producing “Exhale,” a brand-new single due out on November 21 via Tronic, which is featured in the mix. This tune puts his unique style on display, with a soundscape brimming with blistering sonics, punchy percussion, and vocals that echo into the night. “Exhale” doesn’t arrive alone, as it’s paired with a remix of Frank Biazzi’s “Let’s Dance” that is sure to get your body gyrating on any dark dancefloor.
I curated this mix for the Fall Frequencies series with some of my favorite tracks that I played during my recent tour in Asia, where I performed in Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan. It features my release on Tronic Records, “Exhale,” and a slamming remix of “Let’s Dance” by techno heavyweight Frank Biazzi. Also inside are productions from the likes of Michelle Sparks, Hollen, Knopfler, Mark Reeve, and many more. Press play, turn up the volume, and get ready to enter the techno realm of my creation.
