Angrybaby, Audien, Nikita The Wicked, Sincerely, Manolo, and Papa Lu all dropped their fave spooky season tunes ahead of Escape Psycho Circus.
Escape Psycho Circus is gearing up to bring the Halloween grooves back to the NOS Events Center in just a few weeks. The two-day throwdown in San Bernardino kicks off on Friday, October 31 this year, offering a hauntingly fascinating spiral into its famed “Psycho Circus” theme.
The festival’s 2025 edition comes with nightmarish visual candy in the form of art installations, pyrotechnics, and more. More than 90 worldwide beloved artists, including ATLiens, Amelie Lens, and Eli Brown, are slated to perform across five stages.
While Escape lovers around the world prepare for the ghoulish two-night event, the artists who will rock the night for them are carefully planning their playlists. You can too — and the best way to do that is to go through your collections of bops! EDM Identity has some of those picks to share with you.
We caught up with a few of your faves to find out what their favorite Halloween-inspired tracks are. Angrybaby, Audien, Nikita, the Wicked, Sincerely, Manolo, and Papa Lu all gave us some of the tracks they’re feeling right now. 5 Escape Halloween Headliners Share Their Favorite Halloween Tracks

Angrybaby
“The Shining soundtrack is probably my favorite horror soundtrack just for its sheer epicness. I love how it tells a story in and of itself.

Audien
“Definitely “Tubular Bells” from The Exorcist. Just the minute you hear the bells, chills go down your spine, and you know you’re in for a ride. And structurally, it’s very similar to a dance record, too!”

Nikita, The Wicked
“I have to say Bernard Herrmann’s score of Psycho is my favorite. I especially remember learning about this score in my film music class in college, and it was just so unique for its time. Even Alfred Hitchcock said that that movie is nothing without that score. Also, the string motifs from the shower scene are recognized to this day! It’s so epic!”

Sincerely, Manolo
“Thriller” is the classic, but Rockwell‘s “Somebody’s Watching Me” just hits — ’cause honestly, I always feel like somebody’s watching meeeee hehe… And don’t we all feel like that these days?”

Papa Lu
My favorite Halloween anthem song is “Somebody’s Watching Me” by Rockwell. I actually just made a cool new edit of the song to play at Escape. So watch out for it! My favorite Halloween movie soundtrack is the soundtrack to Ghostbusters. I love the theme song and all the ’80s disco jams on it as well.
