Portola Week will feature performances from Chris Lorenzo, Bob Moses, Prospa, The Prodigy, Duke Dumont, KETTAMA, Peggy Gou b2b Mau P, and more.
Portola Festival is drawing closer by the day, and the hype is beginning to build for what’s to come at this year’s edition. While the main festival at San Francisco’s Pier 80 is the main draw, there’s plenty more in store from Goldenvoice and Non Plus Ultra as parties will take place throughout the city from September 18-22 during the Portola Week shows.
The run of Portola Week shows begins on Thursday, September 18. That night, Magdalena Bay will perform at The Warfield, LP Giobbi is set to spin at The Great Northern, and Bob Moses will take over Great American Music Hall. The following night is even more stacked with talent, as Prospa plays The Midway, salute brings their Infinite Passion showcase to Public Works, Duke Dumont performs at 1015 Folsom, and Chris Lorenzo takes control of 888 Garage, among other shows.
These shows will help everyone kick off the weekend in style, and once Portola Festival is rocking and rolling, there’s plenty more in store once the final beats drop at the venue. Some of Saturday night’s standout shows include Swimming Paul at The Great Northern, Neil Frances at Public Works, KETTAMA at Monarch, and Zack Fox at Gray Area. Meanwhile, Sunday packs its own punch with Peggy Gou b2b Mau P at 888 Garage, Tiga at The Great Northern, Hamdi at Monarch, and the Live From Earth showcase featuring Brutalismus 3000 b2b Underworld, KI/KI, DJ Gigola, and MCR-T.
And if you need a party to vibe out to on Monday after the dust from the festival has finally begun to settle, Portola Week has you covered. The Prodigy and Nitepunk are slated to perform at The Warfield for a show that certainly shouldn’t be missed.
Tickets for Portola Week go on sale Friday, August 15 at 12pm PT, with exclusive early access for those who purchased passes for the festival. Check out the full list of shows below, head to their official website for more details, and stay tuned for additional information to be revealed!
