ENNEA is welcoming everyone into his world with a mix filled with captivating progressive house and melodic techno soundscapes.
Southern California has produced plenty of forward-thinking artists in the scene over the past few decades, and one who continues to impress is Joaquin Limon. Initially producing under his name, recent years saw him embrace the Mavros alias as he landed tracks on labels like Anjunabeats. Now, he’s shaking things up once again with his newly minted project, ENNEA.
The ENNEA project had been in the works for some time, but it wasn’t until late April that the world would officially hear the tunes that had been cooked up. On April 25, he would open for Script at Bloom in San Diego to mark the project’s debut and celebrate the release of his first single under the alias, “RING RING” with AVIRA.
The ENNEA project is about pushing boundaries. Taking it a step closer to the edge, coloring outside the lines, and taking inspiration from anything and everything.

Since then, ENNEA has been off to the races and recently dropped off the full collaborative EP on Armada Music with AVIRA, Darkest Before Dawn. This three-tracker added “this is the meta” and “Darkest Before Dawn” with Kayrae into the mix, and each intoxicating soundscape features a blend of trance-fueled elements, gorgeous synth melodies, and more.
Now, to add even more depth, ENNEA has dropped off a mix for our Spring Sound Waves series that doubles as a slice into the mind of this brilliant artist. Tune in to the 40-minute ride, and you’ll find that ENNEA has layered in some of his tunes along with gems from Raz Alon, Enamour, and more.
