Skyline Los Angeles will showcase fresh talent and heroes of the LA underground at the two-day Arts District stage, including Bianca Oblivion and BAE BAE.
In less than two short weeks, Skyline Los Angeles will kick off festi-season as the party returns for its second year at Gloria Molina Grand Park in Los Angeles. In addition to the two mainstages, East Side and West Side, there will be a third stage, the Arts District.
The Arts District stage at Skyline Los Angeles will feature a mindfully selected lineup that showcases the diversity of talent in LA’s underground. We broke it down by day and dug up some intel about the artists, distilled just for you.
Expect long-lost electro and housey deep cuts, as artists bring the best of the underground right to our very own Gloria Molina Grand Park grounds. You might even find the next hottest artist at the Arts District stage, the one you can low-key brag to your friends about seeing “before they blew up.”
Saturday February 15 will feature Selective Response, Annika Wolfe, Trax Unit, Shane Thomas, Capes, and OJ. Selective Response, proud OC native and label head of Crisis Of Man, is known for his alluring, industrial techno with BPMs reaching a sweet spot between 132 and 146.
You can expect Annika Wolfe, Akela Recordings founder and Lobotomy party producer, to throw down some nostalgic, infectious electro and techno beats. Wolfe played Boiler Room’s Chicago edution in 2023 and notably performed at the sold-out 2020 edition of CRSSD Festival Spring.
If you live in LA and have been paying close attention to the house and techno underground, you might know Trax Unit from their monthly party series, Gyration Station, at Homage Brewing. The duo appeared on a cheeky episode of The Lot Radio last summer.
Shane Thomas is a resident and host of blush! Los Angeles. His affinity for experimental techno touched by reggaeton, dancehall, hip-hop, and R&B has earned him opening slots for Kaytranada, Megan thee Stallion, and Beyoncé.
Capes, resident and curator of local party series Sensory Signal and Sirens LA, is primed to deliver an elusive, danceable set. Coming off her debut EP release Portal Access Points, OJ steps up to open the stage.
Sunday, February 16 brings out Bianca Oblivion, BAE BAE, James Axon, fun2bjane, Trussie, and Soul Purpose. One of EDM Identity’s 2025 Artists to Watch and founder of WARP MODE, Bianca Oblivion will grace the stage with her bass-heavy, booty-shakin’ world beats. Her set is sure to whisk you away into dance-induced nirvana.
BAE BAE — an LA-based DJ, producer, and multidisciplinary artist — is bringing their ethereal, emotive soundscapes and genre-blending selections to the Arts District stage. BAE BAE’s platform NEGRESS produces underground party spaces in LA that uplift black, indigenous, and QTIPOC dance music fans and artists alike.
Get ready for some cosmic deep dives from classically-trained musician and DJ James Axon. You might recognize him as resident and cofounder at Planet Love LA.
It’s fun2bjane, and she is ready to deliver a genre-hopping set for the books. Her delectable meld of breaks, house, techno, and trance is a dream for the dancefloor.
Self-proclaimed low end lover Trussie will be giving the subwoofers a run for their money on Sunday at the Arts District stage. Be sure to stop by Soul Purpose’s opening set. It’s his birth week so you know that’s where the party’s about to get started!
Grand Park in Downtown Los Angeles will soon transform into Skyline’s festival playground. Avoid catching FOMO and join Skyline Los Angeles for a house and techno take over, DTLA style.
