The independently owned Submersion Festival returns to Hammonton, New Jersey this October 3-4 for its fourth year.
Nestled within the woods of Hammonton, New Jersey, Submersion Festival has brought some of electronic music’s most promising acts to its lush lakeside retreat over the past three years. The boutique camping festival celebrating sound system culture is set to return to Paradise Lakes Campground this October 3-4 with a carefully curated lineup of artists spanning multiple genres.
Produced by Aspire Higher and The Rust Music, Submersion has made waves in the Northeast underground community. Independently owned, the festival continuously delivers stacked lineups alongside cutting-edge sound systems, creating a unique experience for music lovers with taste beyond the mainstream. Their lakeside Beach Stage provides an idyllic atmosphere for sunset and sunrise performances along the sandy shores. With its iconic, glistening disco ball, the Woods Stage takes attendees within the forest for an intimate affair filled with lasers and earth-rattling bass.
While music is the festival’s main focus, Submersion makes sure to also offer experiences that foster a sense of community, including a variety of workshops and art installations. Previous workshops have included yoga classes, various flow classes, and opportunities to learn new skills such as henna and numerology. Live artists can also be found throughout the festival footprint showcasing their skills through their respective mediums.
For those looking to add an extra day of magic and shenanigans to their festival experience, Submersion is offering a pre-party on October 2, giving fans more time on the stunning grounds. While lineups have yet to be announced for both the festival and pre-party, festival fanatics can expect phase one to drop in the coming months.
