Nicole Moudaber, Sébastien Léger, and Danny Tenaglia are among the acts gracing the SXM Festival 2025 Phase One lineup.
Come March 12-16, the 2025 edition of SXM Festival will return to the idyllic island of Saint Martin in the Caribbean. Organizers want to get people talking about the eighth edition of the festival, so they’ve announced its Phase One lineup.
“For the 8th edition, we’ve curated a lineup that channels the festival’s energy with a fresh twist,” reads an Instagram post by SXM Festival. “Many artists will make their SXM debut, and the excitement is mutual!”
Translation: SXM is feeling the same financial crunch as countless other festivals, and they’ve tightened their belt by booking less-established artists. Don’t let this dissuade you, though. We’ve discussed the folley of paying too much attention to festival lineups at length; the current state of affairs allows up-and-coming artists to break through, and in turn, a chance for you to discover them.
Besides, plenty of renowned house and techno mainstays still appear on the SXM Festival Phase One lineup. Nicole Moudaber needs no introduction among techno fans, having delivered her versatile brand of dance music on stages across the globe. Ditto for Danny Tenaglia, a Brooklyn-born legend of the game who achieved superstar status in the ’90s, and Sébastian Léger, who rode the French touch movement to critical acclaim around the same time.
As for the undercard, it includes rising talent like Yulia Niko, Ferreck Dawn, and Sosa. SXM Festival’s organizers also shared that they have “refined the schedule, giving you time to enjoy the island, regroup, and savor every moment,” although they have yet to share actual set times.
