Tattoopudge Shows Off His Techno Style Ahead of Escape Halloween

Tattoopudge has gone from techno superfan to fast-rising DJ, and his set at Escape Halloween is sure to be a true treat for lovers of the underground sound.

The best DJs on the planet are those who are deeply passionate about the genres they perform and fully immersed in the scene. Those two aspects are present in Tattoopudge, a rising techno DJ from Los Angeles who has been carving out a niche for himself in the underground community over the past few years.

A techno superfan above all else, Tattoopudge was a frequent face at festivals, club shows, and underground events for years, carrying his flag autographed by some of the scene’s finest along the way. His love for the genre inevitably led him to toy with the tracks he loved the most as a DJ, and he hasn’t looked back since.

As he continues to hone his style, Tattoopudge has played shows hosted by the likes of TechnoFamLA, 6am Group, Koncept, Sxtcy, Techno Taco Tuesday, Minimal Effort, Incognito, and more while also dominating the decks at Escape Halloween’s Danse Macabre stage in 2023. This year has only seen him continue to advance his career as he added production into the mix. He recently dropped off a collaborative tune with Dilate, “Shellshock,” that puts his sound at the forefront and proves that he’s about to soar to new heights in the rest of the year and beyond.

The next stop for Tattoopudge on his journey is a return to Escape Halloween, where he’ll take over the Danse Macabre stage with the rest of the Veop Group crew once again. And to give everyone a taste of what’s in store, he whipped up a fantastic mix filled to the brim with subterranean tunes.

I’m really excited to be play the Danse Macabre stage hosted by Veop Group at Escape Halloween. This is my second year playing, and I can’t wait to show the style of techno I love to play. Expect to hear my newly released track “Shellshock,” which I co-produced with my good friend Dilate, and an unreleased track we made called “Drum Kween.” I hope everyone enjoys my set – see you on the dancefloor!
