Miss Monique, Tiësto, Indira Paganotto, Martin Garrix, and Jeff Mills appear on the Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 lineup.
The annual citywide spectacle that is Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has shared the first-wave lineup for its upcoming 2024 edition. The conference and series of music gatherings runs from October 16-20 across over 200 venues, and it has announced the names of more than 300 artists billed for its more than 1,000 sanctioned events.
Dutch superstar DJs like trance god-turned big room powerhouse Tiësto, EDM boom icon Martin Garrix, and progressive trance mainstay Markus Schulz all appear on the ADE 2024 first-wave lineup. Representing the more underground end of the spectrum are techno folk heroes like Jeff Mills, Octave One, and Dave Clark, not to mention the genre’s more recent breakout artists like Indira Paganotto, SPFDJ, and Klangkuenstler.
The ADE 2024 first-wave lineup also includes house music and adjacent billings such as Todd Terry, Jamie Jones, Mochakk, and The Blessed Madonna. Even early dubstep pioneers like Skream and Benga appear on the roster, as do live electronic acts like Goldfish and Caribou.
ADE, which has taken place annually since 1996, partners with well-known brands and promoters on the staggering assortment of events under its umbrella. Among them are DGTL, Tomorrowland presents Our Story, HE.SHE.THEY., and Speedy J‘s STOOR.
Of course, ADE is also well known for the hundreds of workshops, panel talks, and keynote speeches that make up its ADE Pro programming. It’s not limited to electronic musicians such as Laurent Garnier, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and Chris Stussy, either. Industry figureheads like pop star Timbaland, EMPIRE President Tina Davis, Grimes‘ manager Daouda Leonard, and Spotify Head of Music for Sub-Saharan Africa Piona Okumu have also been confirmed for ADE Pro 2024.
