Lucidity Festival will not take place this June. It’s been postponed to April 25-27, 2025, and will move to Lake San Antonio North Shore in Monterey County.
Over the years, Lucidity Festival has become renowned for providing an unparalleled experience for music lovers, yoga enthusiasts, and others. Excitement began to grow for what would come as a fantastic lineup, including top-tier artists and more, was revealed in early March. But that blossoming energy has come to a halt as Lucidity Festival just announced that they are postponing this year’s edition to 2025.
Yesterday, just weeks away from the festival’s June 28-30 dates, Lucidity Festival’s organizers took to social media to announce that it would not take place this year. The Santa Barbara County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol had denied permitting the festival to take place at Live Oak Campground due to concerns surrounding high fire season, impeded evacuation routes, and new scrutiny on the venue’s capacity.
Due to this determination by local officials, the festival organizers made the tough decision to postpone to the future. Lucidity Festival will return on April 25-27, 2025, but that’s not the only change that will take place as the festival will also move to a new venue, Lake San Antonio North Shore, in Monterey County.
All tickets for Lucidity Festival 2024 will automatically transfer to the new dates in 2025, and the organizers have encouraged everyone to hold on to their passes. That said, if you want to request an exception to their refund policy, you can do so via this form. The deadline to submit a refund request is July 1, 2024.
