Angrybaby Takes Stutter House to New Heights in Latest Mix

Angrybaby continues to prove his place as one of the music industry’s leading rising stars ahead of his highly anticipated CRSSD Festival debut.

At just 25 years old, electronic music producer Angrybaby has already made a significant impact on the industry, carving out a niche for himself with his infectious beats and relatable online presence. Rising from the bustling streets of San Francisco, Angrybaby’s journey began with a classical piano background, which he seamlessly blended with his newfound passion for electronic music. Transitioning from “SoundCloud hip-hop” beats to dance music, Angrybaby quickly gained recognition for his genre-defying sound, drawing influences from boundary-pushing artists like Disclosure and Louis The Child.

To me, being on the CRSSD Festival lineup indicates that the people are listening; it also shows that baby is here to stay! In all seriousness, I think this is where the real work starts for me but I will say that this is an amazing first step to further solidifying my spot.

With the recent release of his OUT OF OFFICE EP featuring standout tracks like “I DONT WANT TO FALL IN LOVE,” Angrybaby continues to solidify his status as one of the scene’s most promising artists. As he gears up for his debut at CRSSD Festival, he prepared a mix for our Winter Waveforms series that showcases his versatility and signature stutter house style.

I’ve been producing like a madman these past few months in preparation for an upcoming album, and a bunch of shows (a couple of headlines in there), CRSSD included, so this mix features a handful of unreleased records and demos. I’ve been experimenting with finding the Angrybaby sound in slightly harder dance music, so you might be pleasantly surprised when you find yourself tappin’ your foot a little harder than usual. I will say Ocean View will be bumping.
