Kaskade, SLANDER, Ganja White Night, and Sullivan King will each headline a Moonrise Festival 2023 after party.

Moonrise Festival isn’t stopping at a fourth stage in 2023. The Baltimore, Maryland EDM festival has announced four crucial after parties for festivalgoers eager to keep their night going once the final act leaves the stage. After the Pimlico Race Course shuts down at 11:00 PM each night of the gathering, festivities will carry on at nearby venues Power Plant Live! and Baltimore Soundstage.

On Saturday, August 12, bass music duo Ganja White Night will perform at Power Plant Live! after warmup sets by The Banditz and Dad? Meanwhile at Baltimore Soundstage, Sullivan King will treat revelers to his raucous brand of dubstep-metal fusion after performances by Sara Benyo and Layla Noir. Then, on Sunday, August 13, none other than superstar house and big room artist Kaskade will grace the decks at the former venue following a B2B set by Late London and Misha. At the latter, the same evening will see SLANDER deliver one of their “Before Dawn” techno sets after Drakonian plays.

After being forced to cancel after failing to obtain the necessary permits ahead of what would have been its debut 2013 edition, Moonrise Festival launched in earnest in 2014. Kaskade and Bassnectar topped that year’s bill with support from artists like Adventure Club, Morgan Page, Infected Mushroom, Rusko, and DJ Snake. This year’s lineup includes such well-known talent as Above & Beyond, GRiZ, Dillon Francis, and Alison Wonderland. Annual attendance has typically fallen between 30-35,000.

One of Moonrise Festival’s key partners is Club Glow, an event brand based in Washington D.C. West Coast rave empire Insomniac acquired the company in 2019, making it directly involved in the festival’s operations.
