Fresh off his recent sets while onboard Groove Cruise Miami, LEFTI swung by to keep the energy pumping with a fantastic house-fueled mix filled with IDs.
Brooklyn-based DJ and producer LEFTI has two decades of experience in the dance music scene, and those deep roots come through in every move he makes. He’s become known to command dancefloors when behind the decks, while his tracks that have landed on labels ranging from Toolroom and Nervous Records to Farris Wheel Recordings and DVINE Sounds continue to receive plenty of support. Yet his artistry is just one component that makes LEFTI stand tall, as he’s also the mind behind Quincy Boy Records and Warehouse Disco, two imprints that have helped showcase forward-thinking artists.
LEFTI has already begun to pick up plenty of momentum in 2026, especially after taking the stage on the recent Groove Cruise Miami sailing. He’s slated to drop his latest collaboration, “The Message,” with CASSIMM on Claptone’s Golden Recordings on February 13 and has more planned throughout the year. That’s not all he’s been working on, either, as you can catch him playing monthly at SILO’s Lounge Sessions and the Quincy Boy Social at Bar Milargo in New York.
To keep the energy rolling through February, he swung by to drop off a mix for the Winter Waveforms series. Found inside is a flurry of fresh IDs from the man himself, along with curated tunes from Kyle Walker and Nate Katz, Chris Valencia, LIGHTLEAK, Glaxxs, and more.
This mix reflects a lot of what I like to play and produce. Some Latin grooves, some big house grooves, it gets a little tribal, some fun, lighthearted bits and just a fun-driving rhythm. Lots of ID’s in here!
