Time Warp is making its Miami debut at Factory Town following a deal struck between Insomniac and Time Warp parent company Cosmopop.
More than a year has passed since word got out that Cosmopop and Insomniac forged a brand-new business partnership. Now, the former promoter’s Time Warp event brand has announced its Miami debut at the latter’s Factory Town venue on April 25, 2026.
“SAVE THE DATE,” reads text superimposed over a glitch animation in Time Warp’s announcement post. The caption adds: “New city. New surroundings. The same uncompromising sound and energy.”
Time Warp has yet to share any headliners for its first foray into the Magic City. When the multinational festival brand last came to New York City in November, it curated a lineup featuring the likes of Sven Väth, Sara Landry, Kerri Chandler, and Partiboi69. By and large, Time Warp aims to strike a balance between catering to to discerning fans of more specialist techno and house and platforming more accessible fare.
Both Insomniac and Time Warp boast history dating back to the mid-’90s. The former started out as a two-room party in South Central Los Angeles, later ballooning into a nightlife empire that owns major festival brands like Electric Daisy Carnival and Nocturnal Wonderland. The latter was originally a single event held in a disused mill in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, later relocating to Mannheim and organizing international editions in the US, Brazil, and Spain.
Meanwhile, Time Warp looks ahead to its March 2023 return to Mannheim. Artists like Adam Beyer, Anfisa Letyago, Honey Dijon, Richie Hawtin, and Miss Monique promise to make it a homecoming to remember.
Tickets to Time Warp Miami have yet to go on sale. Sign up to receive updates as more information becomes available on the Time Warp website.
