Swedish House Mafia will be ringing in 2026 in style with a performance at Pier 80 in San Francisco that shouldn’t be missed for longtime fans and new followers alike.
While much of the 2010s saw the members of Swedish House Mafia explore different projects during their split, the past half-decade has seen the trio roar back into the spotlight. Since reuniting, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello have done everything under the sun, from releasing fresh music to performing at festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Ultra Miami. As Swedish House Mafia continues to take more steps into their 3.0 era, the trio has announced a special New Year’s Eve show for their fans in the Bay Area.
On December 31, Swedish House Mafia will take the stage at the Pier 80 Warehouse in San Francisco for a headline performance that is sure to be filled to the brim with their nostalgia-inducing tunes and more recent dancefloor-ready grooves. The night, brought to you by Goldenvoice and Non Plus Ultra, will see the trio take over the expansive 200,000-square-foot space, which has become renowned in recent years for hosting Portola Festival.
This year has seen Swedish House Mafia drop “Wait So Long (Why Do I Have To)” while continuing to ride the wave of hit singles like “Finally” with Alicia Keys and “Lioness” with Niki & The Dove. They’ve also delivered standout shows in New York City, while gearing up for appearances in Mexico City and Riyadh before the end of the year.
The support lineup for the evening’s festivities has yet to be announced, and recent shows have seen a wide variety of artists take the stage ahead of the trio. Stay tuned for more to be revealed in the coming weeks.
