Ultra Music Festival celebrated its 25th anniversary in Miami in style this year, and now you can relive some of its biggest moments with the official aftermovie!
Earlier this year, Ultra Music Festival took over Miami’s Bayfront Park for its monumental 25th anniversary celebration. The sold-out experience featured performances from legendary artists and rising stars alike, spanning a vast array of dance music genres, from March 28 to 30, while also hosting landmark moments along the way. Now, they’re getting everyone hyped for the next era of Ultra Miami, which is set to return on March 27-29, 2026, by dropping the official aftermovie from this year’s edition.
Taking on the aftermovie duties once again is longtime collaborator Final Kid Films, who teamed up with UMF Films to create Into Hyperspace, an intergalactic journey that’s dripping with Ultra’s signature vibes. Charly Friedrichs, Victor Eguiguren, and JP Caruana are the minds behind the creative aftermovie, transforming its standard look into a cinematic hyperreel that makes it feel more modern than ever before.
The immersive journey is structured with chapters that act as memories and moments, yet all of them merge into a film that evokes emotion. It opens with an ULTRAnaut watching past aftermovies and piloting a spaceship as it heads to Bayfront Park, becoming one with the festival’s mainstage as its icon. From there, the party really begins as cuts show everything from the hyped up crowd and performers to the stunning production and the DJs bringing the heat with their sets.
The aftermovie wouldn’t be complete without a fantastic soundtrack, and Ultra Music Festival delivered a hearty helping of tunes that defined this year’s edition. Tracks curated and mixed by Final Kid include those from deadmau5, Mau P, John Summit, Skrillex, and more, all of which can be heard throughout the aftermovie’s 14-minute runtime.
