40oz Cult Announces Summer Popup Event at BSPOKE/LA

40oz Cult is hosting a special summer pop-up event at BSPOKE/LA to give their community a chance to catch some live music, grab new merch, and more!

Community has been a central focus for many brands as the scene continues to ebb and flow, and 40oz Cult is fully embracing its faithful followers. The Dack Janiels and Wenzday-led collective has become renowned for dropping off fantastic releases over the years while cultivating a dedicated following that gobbles up their unique clothing lines and more.

With that community ethos and the fantastic weather from the warmer months in mind, 40oz Cult has teamed up with IndustryHours and NEFT for a special pop-up event for their fans to head to this month. The official summer pop-up is slated to take place at BSPOKE/LA on Sunday, August 24, from 4pm to 10pm, and will feature live music, special Cult guests, and fresh clothing drops for those who want to shop until they drop.

From the time we started 40oz Cult, we’ve always liked to do a summer pop-up event for our community. Since we have always drawn inspiration from my skateboarding background, we originally started throwing these at core skateshops like the legendary Brooklyn Projects and Kingswell Los Feliz before moving away from retail-focused events and more of a block party vibe. Being able to see all the homies, give away a bunch of stuff, and interact with our Cult members outside of a club/show setting is so rad. It’s the highlight of my year.

40oz Cult isn’t the only brand that will be present at their summer pop-up. Happy Hour Shades, Social Studies, World Premiere, Affliction Clothing, Dime Industries, Leave Over Beef, Pawgrip, and End Overdose will also be on-site.

Tickets for 40oz Cult’s Summer Popup are on sale now. Head to TickPick to make your purchase and follow their social media channels for more to come!

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
