This December, FISHER is bringing his raucous brand of tech house to the first-ever live music event at Moscone Center in San Francisco.
FISHER‘s rise through the ranks of dance music has been nothing short of meteoric, landing him momentous opportunities from one end of the globe to the other. Fans of the Australian tech house DJ and producer in and around San Francisco can now look forward to another such occasion as he’s headlining the first-ever concert at Moscone Center on December 19.
To be clear, the Market Area venue has hosted a wide variety of conferences since it opened its doors in 1981. FISHER’s headline event will nonetheless be the first gathering of its kind at the sprawling space, making it the perfect opportunity for fans of his anthems to let loose before hunkering down for the holidays. Supporting him on the bill are Chris Lorenzo, Partiboi69, and more artists yet to be announced.
FISHER (real name Paul Fisher) was a professional surfer in a past life, parlaying the following he had built into a music career as one half of the duo Cut Snake. By 2017, though, he had started performing solo. His single of the same year, “Stop It,” played no small role in putting him on the map, but it was 2018’s “Losing It” that hit #1 on Billboard‘s “Dance Club Songs” chart and foretold of the mainstream comeback houe music would see in the years that followed.
This isn’t the first time FISHER has been enlisted for a first-of-its-kind event. Back in May, he headlined the grand reopening of 16th Street in Denver, which had never hosted a concert of that size in previous years.
FISHER is giving away ten tickets to his show at Moscone Center on December 19. You can enter to win by following the directions in the caption on his Instagram post promoting the event.
